Name and Role at BNI: Atif “Rehan” Siddique—MYP Drama & DP Film Teacher.

Why BNI: BNI represents the possibility and potential of what education can be. It’s a constantly evolving workplace, which expects agility from all team members and prevents educational stagnation. Evidence: It’s the only IB campus in Pakistan that dared to offer Film as a DP subject.

Certifications: I completed my Bachelors in Business Information Technology from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. 

My Experience: I started my professional career in 1999 and explored various entrepreneurial ventures from technology to design. I got into performing arts as an Actor in 2004, and then also explored Direction and Writing. I’ve been teaching for about four years now. I’ve done over 30 projects, including 15 plays, 2 feature films, wrote various screenplays, songs and poems. I write, act and direct for the stage and screen. I enjoy writing the most (for now). 

Fun Fact: You will usually see me wearing white. Head to toe. I change the answer of why I do that according to the person asking. It’s fun to keep people guessing.
