Reinforcement Lessons

Reinforcement lessons are part of Beaconhouse-Newlands’ philosophy. These periods are thoughtfully planned to provide remedial support to students for specific, identified areas. The direction and content for these lessons is provided first by the students’ self-evaluation and identification of their weak areas. This is complemented by the teacher’s analysis of a student’s work, which is used to make informed decisions about what the student needs to focus on and learn in order to improve.

These lessons are part of the extended curriculum programme and are carried out within school timings.
